Excavator supporting hydraulic timber grab
Hydraulic wood grabs are mainly composed of hanging devices, rotary joints, slewing rings, bolsters, hydraulic cylinders, and bucket valves. The bucket body and the lower bearing beam are connected by a pin shaft; the piston end of the oil cylinder is fixed above the bolster, and the piston rod is fixed on the upper part of the bucket valve.As the cylinder piston rod is retracted and extended, the bucket body rotates with the pin of the bearing pin as a hinge point, completing the opening and closing of the grab bucket.Hydraulic wood grabs are used with excavators and are not powered by themselves, relying on the high-pressure hydraulic oil provided by the excavator as a power source. The excavator draws high-pressure hydraulic oil into the grab opening and closing system, and controls the opening and closing of the grab by controlling the extension and retraction of the cylinder.
