Electro-hydraulic scrap grab

The multi hydraulic orange peel scrap grab bucket is mainly used to grab heavy bulk cargoes with irregular shapes (such as pig iron blocks, heavy scrap steel), and has been widely used in ports, steel mills, and other occasions.

Ⅰ:Open

The bucket flap of the grab is centered on the pin shaft of the bucket flap installed in the central cylinder. The pin shaft of the oil cylinder connected with the oil cylinder follows the oil cylinder to expand and contract, making an outward circular arc movement, and stops when the cylinder stroke limit is reached to complete the opening action.

Ⅱ: closed

The bucket flap of the grab is centered on the pin shaft of the bucket flap installed in the central cylinder, and the cylinder pin shaft connected to the oil cylinder follows the extension of the oil cylinder and makes an inward circular arc movement. After the bucket flap reaches full contact or encounters the rated resistance stop when the closing action is completed.
